Clover Sonoma is a Sonoma County dairy processor, not a farm tour. The company’s about page: the Petaluma Cooperative Creamery began distributing Clover-branded dairy in the Petaluma area in 1916 ¹. In 1977 Gene Benedetti and partners acquired wholesale distribution from California Cooperative Creamery and Stornetta’s Dairy; Clover Stornetta Farms dates from that deal ¹. In 1991 the company opened a milk processing facility at the Petaluma location ¹. In 2017 it rebranded as Clover Sonoma ¹. In 2021 it partnered with Alpina ¹. The company is based in Petaluma, Sonoma County, where that processing history is rooted.
